Due to under lying problems and circumstances, not to mention our seed was for 1.0, I've had to reset the world and load a new seed. It was with great thought for the past week of errors and crashes I've decided to do this after multiple attempts to fix the crashing with a few chunks causing problems.

If the new seed does not work properly I will REVERT back to the old world and start back at square one to fix this ASAP to stop the chunk crashing. Please note that all items, in the old world do not carry over to the new world, everyone is starting scratch.

Kit's are still active and there, meaning if you have them then you can still use them to gain your items. How ever, due to the fact I had to reset the world I will be offering a ONE TIME ONLY chance to reclaim those used kits you own. Seeing how Jeb only gave us all 24 hours only to the update to 1.1, CraftBukkit is behind slightly so we will not be updated until they get either a very stable 1.1 version out of a recommended build out. If you have updated you will not be able to connect to our server, I will have a complete 1.0 jar released on the site here soon for everyone to re-download with pre-installed mods and a default version included to it and instructions.

UPDATE: We are now running the Latest 1.1 build available and all the plugins ARE WORKING, if they are not or giving errors please post below and I will look into it ASAP. BuyCraft is now updated to Version 3.3 so it should force all payments verified sent through to be automatically sent via ingame.

We've updated the Java system and fixed virtually ALL lag within the Java process, now comes the issue of determining the internet issues. If there is lag please do a trace-route to the server's IP and PM me a screenshot of it if you do not know how to copy and paste it, plus your City/State/Country so that I may narrow down if it's actually the server itself lagging or if it's your internet's hops slowing down through the connection.

I'd like to first off apologize to the community here about the server being down. Let me explain what is going on so everyone doesn't freak out or start spamming...

During the course of mine and Chris's investigation on the lag issue we decided to reboot the entire server box, not just the Minecraft server, well it decided to not come back online after the reboot. Since then we have been in contact with the datacenter to get it back online as soon as possible.

Once the server is back online we will be performing full diagnostics to ensure nothing happened to the box's data and then running the server in debug mode to make sure that it will run without fail on first load. As soon as we are done or new information is available I will be posted it on this thread, please refer back here to check on the status.

Hello Survivors,
Whilst I was exploring through an abandoned mine I thought to myself..
"McMMO, Is one of the most popular plugins on our server if only there was someway to keep updated on the TOP players whilst you aren't online."
So if we could find a way to reate an McMMO Highscores list and put it on our website whether it be manually updated or automatic, would that be something that you and the other survivors be interested in?

If you plan on joining the server, it would be a smart idea to sign up to the website and then fill out an application, so we know who's trying to join. It makes it easier on the staff if you did that. Because we can't exactly figure out your minecraft name through your I.P., if you know what I mean?

To find the applying forums, go to the Forums Tab, which is right next to Home, and then scroll down until you see the Applications forum.
Then click the application template, copy it, and make a new thread by pasting and filling in your information.

But in order to apply, sign up. ^_^

With constant updates, adding in new things, and testing on Destiny while pushing our "Starlight" project off to the side; we have finally released Destiny as a working public server. We will be putting up vote links shortly once all the bandwidth and crashing issues are fixed.

Please note at times the bandwidth with the data center has been acting up abit along with Destiny's server crashing very rarely, we are looking into fixing the causes of why and hopefully bring it up to a 99.99% uptime. Bare with us on these small problems as they get fixed up over the course of the week to next week, patience is always appreciated!

We are working on getting Destiny up and running to the latest recommended build from CraftBukkit along with working new plugins to better enhance the game play for survival to the server. Please note Destiny is a PROTECTED pvp server, meaning you are unable to PVP any player unless within an arena which there will be a few placed down including Spleef arenas and much more.

Stay tuned and cross your fingers, we are hoping that it will be up and running 100% by New Years.
